30 day Satisfaction Guarantee
Within 30 days of original purchase date, if you are not satisfied with your computer system or it does not perform as well as advertised, We will either repair the pc with no cost to you or buy it back from you for what you paid for it. This guarantee is limited to unaltered (any changes to original hardware configuration), undamaged equipment in original new condition with service tags intact. The addition of incompatible hardware components will void all warranties.

3 year Limited Hardware Warranty

All original hardware is warranted against defects in workmanship for three years from the delivery date. Exceptions to this include but are not limited to:

• External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power.
• Internal causes such as heavy accumulations of dirt, dust or pet hair. We offer FREE cleaning with new systems purchase.
• End user modifications such as but not limited to: overclocking the processor, video or RAM in an attempt to increase performance.
• Missing or altered service tags and serial numbers.

Free Labor on Upgrades

If you decide to upgrade your custom built PC during the initial 3 year warranty, We will upgrade it to your specifications for free. You just pay for the cost of parts plus any applicable state sales tax. The only exception to this service is the replacement of hard drives where large amounts of data is transferred from the old drive.

Free Labor on Cleaning*

Dirt, Dust, Smoke and Pet Hair can KILL your new system. Pet Hair can clog and block off air vents, Dust and dirt can accumulate on cooling fans and components, not allowing for proper air circulation. Help us to protect your investment. The 3 year warranty includes FREE CLEANING to protect your system from the harmful effects of Dirt and dust.

Free Home Delivery and Set Up

All new custom built systems include "FREE" home delivery and standard set up in Davis and Weber counties unless otherwise declined and waived by the customer. Standard set up is limited to the use of supplied standard length cables. The customer is responsible for providing a grounded power outlet and UL certified “Surge Suppressor” or UPS (Uninteruptable Power Supply/Battery Backup). After setup, the customer is given a chance for intruction and to answer any questions.
